Kathy Bellamy

A native Texan, I was born and raised in Dallas. After graduating from the University of Texas in Austin, I married and raised my children in Dallas while pursuing a career in Real Estate. I moved to the Vail Valley as a seasoned Real Estate Broker in 2004 with over 10 years of sales experience. Specializing in luxury homes in the Beaver Creek and Bachelor Gulch Villages, I found breaking into the resort market to be both challenging and rewarding. In less than 8 years I have sold over $115,000,000 worth of property and earned the reputation of an experienced negotiator and master of marketing techniques.
